Be the first step in a survivors journey to ride again

Build Confidence Through Training

Training Assistants are essential in helping survivors regain their confidence and skills. From guiding through simulator sessions to assisting with real motorcycle training, this role ensures survivors feel safe and supported throughout their journey. By being there at the earliest stages, you’ll help survivors rediscover their potential and prepare them for the next step.

Your role will include offering encouragement, assisting with equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are met.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Helping survivors build foundational skills using motorcycle simulators.
  • Supporting their transition to real motorcycles, ensuring they are comfortable and ready.
  • Providing emotional support to encourage progress and build trust.

Responsibilities

  • Assist survivors during simulator sessions to learn control and body positioning.
  • Provide hands-on guidance when survivors are introduced to real motorcycles.
  • Monitor safety measures and report any concerns to trainers.
  • Ensure all equipment, including helmets and gloves, are being properly used.
  • Motivate survivors by fostering a positive and supportive environment.
