From guiding through simulator sessions to assisting with real motorcycle training, this role ensures survivors feel safe and supported throughout their journey. By being there at the earliest stages, you’ll help survivors rediscover their potential and prepare them for the next step.
As a Training Assistant, you’ll work closely with survivors and trainers to help them master the basics. Survivors often begin with little to no experience or confidence, especially after a life-altering event. Your role will include offering encouragement, assisting with equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are met.
