As a Track Day Companion, you’ll be a dedicated personal volunteer, guiding a survivor every step of the way on their special day. Your role is more than just assisting—it’s about being a constant source of support, ensuring they have everything they need, and making their experience unforgettable. From navigating the event to meeting unique needs like mobility assistance, meal breaks, and gear preparation, you’ll be their trusted partner throughout the day.

Building Confidence Through Support

Your commitment as a Track Day Companion ensures survivors feel empowered and cared for as they navigate the track day. Each survivor is paired with their own companion to make sure they feel supported and included in every activity, no matter their specific needs. Whether you’re helping with logistics or offering emotional encouragement, you’ll be a vital part of their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a personal guide for your assigned survivor, ensuring they stay on schedule for all sessions and activities.
  • Escorting survivors between locations, including helping with wheelchairs or other mobility aids if needed.
  • Assisting with food, water, and rest breaks to ensure they’re comfortable throughout the day.
  • Helping survivors prepare for track activities, including putting on or adjusting gear like helmets and gloves.
  • Guiding survivors to restrooms or other facilities as needed.
  • Being a reliable and friendly point of contact, ensuring they feel valued and included all day long.
